All American Fusion
Technicians are trained on performing fusion on HDPE by qualified instructors
at McElroy manufacturing in Tulsa, OK and qualified representatives from
numerous H.D.P.E. manufactures. Our senior technicians are qualified
to perform fusion on HDPE from 1/2" to 63" diameter pipe.
Our company has performed fusion in Alaska, 95% of the Continental United
States, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, Saskatchewan, and New Brunswick, and have encountered
some of the most difficult situations.
Two technicians are qualified on extrusion welders for thermo-plastic processing on
HDPE, PP and PE sheets and pipe. We have done this type of welding at numerous landfill, mines,
paper mills, etc. We use a Wegner #34 extrusion welding system to
perform such tasks.
